RackHD metrics collection status

  1. Bishoy youssef demo'd total failures/success releases in a single stat at last weeks meeting and demo'd today the the admin UI outside of the meeting
  2. Thomas Sullivan to send the previous metrics that were previously reported on.

  1. Status update - need to double check with legal on migrating these already public repos in to RackHD github or leaving in the codedellemc repo.
    Maintainers… need to pose a question to you all. We got a few PRs last night in our RackHD repos and want to know if you all want to take ownership. At this time, we do not have the cycles to do anything other than put them in maintenance mode. Please respond back and I can make you admins for them

Bintray publication

  1. limiting to 6 months of sprint releases and 1 week of per-merge builds.  Stories listed below, currently a WIP, expect to close out the stories today.  Archived releases will be made to the katalist artifactory.

  2. Efforts include cleaning up what we have published today and maintaining that clean-up policy going forward. RAC-6536 - Create a script to purge post merge packages from bintray after 1 week IN PROGRESS
  3. Before deleting the older sprint releases from binary, we should copy them to a local store in case someone comes looking (as has happened in the past).RAC-6537 - Create a script to archive Sprint Release packages older than 6 months from bintray IN PROGRESS
