RackHD Quality Review Board

What is the Quality Review Board (QRB)? The QRB is a small team of RackHD developers chartered with the following responsibilities:

• Acting as auditors of the tests / test infrastructure and providing the continuous feedback loop to the RackHD Development community and OSE Governance
• Identifying gaps in the current test framework and opportunities for enhancement or efficiencies (ex, where test time can be improved, adding in testing for package deployment, …)
• Continuous monitoring of the Test, Build, & Packaging pipeline and PR Quality Gate pipeline to ensure the pipelines are operating as expected 
• Escalation of issues when the Test, Build, & Packaging pipeline is not green (aka "broken")
• Escalation of Release Candidate issues
• Creation of bugs in the JIRA Backlog and bug metric collection
