Notes:
(1) Known issue tracked in RAC-4643 has been resolved with the 2.3.0 RackHD Released OVA. RackHD released OVA versions 1.3.0, 2.0.0, 2.1.0, and 2.2.0 remain incompatible with mongodb v2.6.10 (default version installed with Ubuntu16.04). This issue has manifested itself as a failure to post all OS bootstrap workflows. (see details in RAC-4643)
Impact: (1) OVA releases 1.3.0, 2.0.0, 2.1.0, and 2.2.0 with mongodb v2.6.10 pre-installed on Ubuntu-16.04
(2) Debian releases can't be installed on Ubuntu-16.04 because it will automatically install mongodb v2.6.10.
Other build artifacts (vagrant, nightly build OVA) aren't impacted since they are based on Ubuntu-14.04 and mongodb v2.4.9.

API 1.1 is retired!
1.1 API and legacy event notification format will NOT be supported in the coming 2.0.0 release. Together with deprecated 1.1 API not supported, legacy RackHD asynchronous event notification payload format will also not be supported in the coming 2.0.0 release.
Sprint Release changes from bi-weekly to weekly from 2017/5/6.
