Notes:

  1.  CC Meeting Cadence - Logistics
    1. Potential to combine the Scrum of Scrums and the CC meeting?
    2. The benefit would be less late morning/early evenings for the teams
    3. Benefit would be to ensure that we have more streamlined communications
    4. Downside is that we will need a highly, focused technical interlock..
    5. Counter-proposal - create a multi-mode meeting where we hit scrum of scrums and allow for a technical deep dive?
      1. Do the scrum of scrums in the first 30 minutes
  2. New RackHD Front End Proposal
    1. Latest edits ready for Former user (Deleted)ThomasS has the latest writeup and will work with Peter on next steps
    2. Proposal is work towards publication over the next sprint.
  3. Two Issues raised recently on Slack for "Quick Start"
    1. VB and Vagrant Issues (Issue 1)
    2. What is the core issue that is causing new users troubles with the "quick start"
    3. Paul Scharlach has an AI to work with the dev teams to understand what the break-down on our quick-start guides and put together a read-out on how we help users go from a "step 1" Vagrant bring up to a more advanced development effort.
    4. Expect to see some updated RIs out of this analysis but the goal will be to help our new community members get a solid experience with the RackHD experience.
    5. We also will need to expand our Vagrant support to the other deployment types(OVA, Containers).
    6. A need exists to execute on the new regression tools to ensure stability when tooling updates.
  4. DevCon Actions
    1. Two Primary workstream efforts for RackHD Prime:
      1. Improved Regression Sets
        1. Optimize the current collateral to enable improvements in our frequency of running the current tests (Amy Mullins - Veyron)
        2. Expand Coverage (Former user (Deleted) - Corsair)
      2. Build/Release Infrastructure next steps (Leo YJ Zhang (Unlicensed) - Former user (Deleted) - Maglev)
    2. Other Workstream from DevCon: RackHD Modularity (Amy Mullins - Veyron)
    3. Tooling Changeover for RackHD Prime - Already underway (ThomasS)
    4. Tim Larson working towards a publication on the outcome of the OSE DevCon as a summary with AIs and an updated vision overview
  5. PR Queue
    1. Team is in catch-up mode right now due to travels for DevCon and DevCon time commitment itself
    2. Former user (Deleted) is working through the queue with the team to catch up but most recently - CIT is having some failures - working to investigate that at this very moment
  6. Roundtable
    1. Leo YJ Zhang (Unlicensed) - Clean up of the GitHub issues for the migration to JIRA Cloud  - we will need to scrub the GitHub Issues Queue (Ask for Paul Scharlach and Amy Mullins to help do a full review)
      1. Current plan is to migrate the GitHub Issues from GitHub into JIRA Cloud, retire GitHub Issues and log all community and OSE defects in one location - JIRA Cloud
      2. Decision to scrub the current GitHub Issues, prune, sanitize and scrub before the migration from GitHub to JIRA Cloud is executed.
