Proposed Agenda

• Need for a committed timeline for updated architecture collateral
  • What decisions still need to be made (tools, conventions, etc.) to unblock progress?
  • How do we make better progress on the collateral between meetings?
  • Does the Document/Diagram table enumerate all the RackHD pieces as we know them today?
    • Stephen and Anil (Server software org) have a discussion on the RackHD Arch document to enable the community. Tell them where RackHD is headed.
    • Add stories to sprint planning
    • Joseph M. Golio  Meet with dev managers to reinforce that this needs to be added to sprint work.
    • Identify generic Use cases and associated diagrams
    • Confluence is public - be careful
    • Maithri to bring back info from her meetings
    • Tim Larson will send out an old doc regarding InfraEnablers

  • Has anyone taken the time to review what was posted? 
    • Not at this time, Please review this week, put in feedback and next meeting will review collated list
• Making progress on architecture
  • Increasing frequency of meetings
    • Difficult to find timeslots that work for this size of group
  • Need to maximize time outside of meetings to generate collateral and review
  • Need to begin to use meetings to discuss long list of larger topics
  • Need to scrub & prioritize our already long list of discussion topics
    • Still have a few more topics to add - list will be fluid as things are identified

Action items

• @Team    Attend to the Works in Progress action items - closing this AI – overcome by events. Will be adding more specific AIs to individuals in the coming weeks as we plan for how to complete our 1st charter, which is to update our architecture collateral to be representative to what exists today.
