Manual guide for Issue creation with slack while we get the bot setup

Step-by-step guide

  1. Create JIRA Ticket
    1. Project: RackHD (RAC)
    2. Issue Type: Assistance

    3. Summary: Slack Ticket @{Username} {Summary of Issue}

  2. Create Slack Thread
    1. In rackhd channel post a message "@{username} A ticket has been created for you {Link to issue}
    2. Create a thread off of this message by pressing the conversation bubble


    3. In the thread post two messages 
      1. First the summary of the issue
      2. Then "All replies in this thread will be added to the jira ticket"
      3. NEVER CHECK ALSO SEND TO #RACKHD
    4. Copy all replies into the JIRA ticket as comments
      1. Format is "Slack comment: {Reply Text}"
